TNT reserves the right to cancel events due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be given in this event. Refunds cannot be given for events missed as a result of illness, personal emergencies or any other event outside the control of TNT. If you cancel your application for an event within seven days of us receiving your application, you are entitled to a full refund. However any cancellation after this time is at the discretion of TNT.

Our brochures, advertisements and web pages are for information purposes only and are not intended to form any agreement between TNT and the recipient. Information about events are subject to change without notice due to availability of venues and staffing, although every effort will be made to keep to information already supplied. Refunds are not applicable if event content changes due to unavailability of venues and staffing or substitutions are made which in the opinion of TNT would improve the content of the event.
